Hi Eamon,
I’m one of the young people from CLIC Sargent, and I thought your video was absolutely amazing. Your honesty and courage is absolutely brilliant 🙂
As for the A-Levels, I’m sure you’ll get back into them when you’re better – I got back into mine after being sick. Good luck with everything and all the best,

Hey Eamon,
Loved the film, was great listenin to another young lad thats been through the same thing as myself becuase when ya get the news it feels as though ur on ur own.
I was diganosed with testicular cancer on 30th January this year (’09) and at the time thought it was the end of the world. But after having the surgery to remove the tumour and it not being as rough as i’d expected things started lookin’ up again. Like yourself, I put off going to see my GP purely out of embarressment, but once I did he put me at ease and it didnt seem as bad. After the surgery I found out that my cancer had spread aswell, its now in my abdomen, beside my aorta and beside my lung, but success rate is VERY high and things are looking good! Into my 3rd week of chemo and side effects have been minimal, slight sickness and nausea and no hair loss as of yet. Tiredness and shortness of breath have been the biggest issues but its all par for the course.
Hope all is good with you, and thanks for posting the vid.
All the best.
🙂

Thanks Eamon and good luck with your fight.
