Katie takes us through the pain she was going through with her first chemo even though the medics claim it’s the ‘wonder drug’ poor Katie’s only pain free moments were in the hot bath! We meet Winnie the cat who provided Katie with lots of company on the sofa and Katie talks about how she struggled trying to balance chemo, tiredness and university so much so Katie dropped out and moved back home and now moved hospitals to Hammersmith. Now Katie is embarking on a fresh new course at a university nearer home which she has thankfully got funding for!
