Natasha was misdiagnosed for nine months and put on numerous tablets for her headaches, sickness, tiredness and dramatic vision changes. Her GP put down her symptoms as stress as 16-year-old Natasha was studying for her GCSE’s at boarding school. After visiting an optician she was sent to hospital where all the important scans began. Few hours later Tash was told that she had  brain tumour and intracranial pressure, Doctors told the family that if Tash left her symptoms a couple of days later she wouldn’t be here today. Due her misdiagnosis and brain tumour Natasha is now left blind but she doesn’t let this stop her seeing the lighter side of life and tells us that the “blind card” gets her everywhere including meeting some rather impressive celebrities!
