James talks about how grateful he is to receive his Macmillan grant as he’s finding that travelling to hospital and needing new clothes a real impact on his finances. Things are very festive as James gets in the Christmas spirit with his friends including lots of yummy food and present shopping but before fully celebrating Christmas it’s time for James’ birthday!
