We meet 20 year old Charisse aka CC who was diagnosed with a rare form of tissue cancer called Synovial Sarcoma at the age of 16. Throughout the film we hear from CC herself as she takes part in a photo shoot, we see photos of CC meeting Hugh Jackman himself and we get to hear CC sing Pink’s Beam Me Up.
