- If you are filming on your phone, please make sure the your phone is landscape.
- Don’t film yourself in front of a window; the light can affect the quality of the film and we won’t be able to see you properly.
- Don’t film in noisy environments. If you are forced to do so get a shot of at least 10 seconds of the noise source (e.g. washing machine, traffic, etc.). We use this during the editing process.
- If you’re filming yourself and speaking try and put the camera no more than an arm’s length away. The further away the camera is, the harder it is to pick up sound and to pick up the image.
