Filmed and edited by Tom through jimmyteens.tv media training programme. Tom was in his final year at university when he noticed swelling on one of his testicles. Tom put off visiting a GP originally as he didn’t want anything to interfere with his studies but after a while Tom was fed up with being uncomfortable he eventually visited his GP who sent him for an ultrasound. Tom speaks about how when he was first diagnosed he struggled to let the news sink in and how chemotherapy was an incredibly nauseating time.
