Andrew is officially two years out of treatment a day he and his Doctors thought might not happen. Today, Andrew finally got rid of his port-a-cath which has made Andrew feel like he is finally free from his cancer treatment. Things are about to change for Andrew as he’s only weeks away from going to Durham University and Andrew explains that he finally feels like he can be a teenager, not a teenager with cancer. Andrew goes on to say that the last two and half years are not forgettable as it’s shaped who he is now but equally he would like to draw a line under his cancer and move on!
